Hi cronelesbo, I just mean the dose as prescribed to me on the container, that is, one pill, twice a day. I think it’s called a ‘healing dose’. In any case, it was far too much and made me quite ill.

@SusanRichardsDay… well, just be careful what you point your finger at. when it comes to candy and junk foods, there are so many other chemicals and substances that play a role. example; chocolate candy typically contains milk. milk contains opioid peptides. these peptides are physically addictive, causing dependence, asthma, obesity, apathy, ignorance and numbness. wheat products and cooked protein has the same effect. that’s why eating as close to 100% RAW, wheat & dairy free is important.

Ive ben suffering from severe pain around my navel area, the pain comes and goes, but when it hits, I curl up and hit the floor it hurts so bad. Ive been burping alot more then usual . could these be cause by and ulcer? I hope to start a new job on the 19th and I need this pain to go away and never come back. Im only 21.
