Hey there…I would like to point out that all the benefits mentioned are very true so you can relax and take ACV orally….Anyhow, the effects of this vinegar are not scientifically proven..But hey the earth was round was also not known in the biblical times but it was right? so going by the experience of the masses u can assure urself it has worked wonders for many…but one thing which u shud take care abt is that ACV is acidic n can cause tooth enamel erosion..so drink with a straw perhaps.

Hey there…I really liked your video….And all the benefits u mentioned here are completely true…Just for ur betterment I would like to tell you that u’d be better of drinking this Vinegar drink with a straw because ACV is acidic and can cause serious tooth enamel erosion….just take care about it ..
    Cheerio mate!

  12. peaceloveNlolipops says:

Brilliant! I’ve been chugging it with my nose covered because I couldn’t stand the taste of ACV and just water. I will try it your way. ACV Helps with bladder infections too.

  13. manque15 says:

Apparently acv is good for gout too…but I get heart burn ALL the time so guess what I’m going to guzzle next time I get it. ty for vlog

  14. dangflo says:

can you all help on finding the negative effects of acv ive been taking it for a week and its great for digestion and acne… but im worried about long term effects because of the acidity

  15. LGnLA says:

  16. NWforager says:

you have a ton of Cinnamon in there Troy=D i used more vinegar and ground leave Stevia. not bad at all.

  17. jojo808 says:

gonna try this right Now, got green and packs of white stevia. No cinnamon though. I suppose one could use more than 2 tsp of apple vinegar . Anyone know how real vinegar is made? I was surprised .

  18. monique91192 says:

well you can ask in your grocery store but this is my second day with it… so far so good but I’ll also try stevia to taste the difference because you can still smell the vinegar when you add truvia.

  19. TroyGotham says:

This is the first time I’ve heard of Truvia, I really do not know, don’t know what it tastes like, why don’t you try it and tell us. I don’t even know where to get it to try it myself, thanks for the update ;)

  20. monique91192 says:

hey do you know if truvia works the same like stevia because um truvia comes from the stevia plant so umm do you think it works the same?

  21. TroyGotham says:

sorry about that, the trick is to get it sweet enough for you, my own mother told me the same thing when I showed her..lol. I used 2 Tablespoons, but I believe they were not true tablespoon size, so try it to your taste. It should taste good not bitter. thanks for the comment ;)

  22. Maruchela says:

I noticed your ingredient lists 2 tsp acv, but you say 2 tablespoons. Tsp are not tablespoons but teaspoons. Tablespoons abbreviation is tbs and tbsp. So what is the correct amount one should use for the acv mix? If you made an error on the video, just add an annotation.

  23. pnguillen says:

I also have used ACV on my skin for topical dermatitis quit using cortizone topically and orally …it stinks, stings and burns like hell that literally has made cry …..but the result it’s amazing …believe it or not it was recomended by my doctor whom I told I was sick and tired of this dermatitis wich has been improved 92% by the use of ACV alone

    Thank God!

  24. pnguillen says:

make sure it’s NOT destilled just RAW will do it.. I recomend Bragg’s apple cider vinegar wich contains the mother (the cloudy stuff on the bottom)and it’s only 5% onthe acidity level…..it works wonders on allergic and gastrointernal issues ….
